Cancellation Policy

Desolation Sound Yacht Charters recommends and offers Trip Cancellation and Interruption Insurance for purchase. For additional information and the cost of this protection please inquire when booking.

All cancelled charters are subject to a $350 (plus taxes) administration fee. Charters cancelled 91 days or more prior to charter will receive a full refund less administration fee. Charters cancelled 61-90 days prior will be charged 40% of the total charter fee. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to charter will be charged 100% of the total charter cost.

There is no exception to this policy.
