Getting Here
You can get to Comox in a number of ways … but we can assure you that once you have arrived … you are going to want to stay!
AIR TRAVEL TO COMOX
The Comox Valley Airport (YQQ) is centrally located, providing easy access to all points on central and northern Vancouver Island with daily flights from major cities including Vancouver (YVR), and Calgary (YYC) with connections beyond with 3 airlines to choose from:

ROAD TRAVEL TO COMOX
There are several ferry services available to Vancouver Island. www.bcferries.com or call 1-888-223-3779 (Canada & US)
Vancouver to Nanaimo
- The Tsawwassen to Duke Point (Nanaimo) ferry leaves south of Vancouver every 2.5 hours starting at 5:15 am until 10:45 pm. It is a 1 1/2 hour drive from Nanaimo to Comox.
- The Horseshoe Bay (West Vancouver) to Departure Bay (Nanaimo) ferry leaves every 2 hours starting at 6:30am to 12:30pm and 3pm to 9:00 pm. It is a 1 1/4 hour drive north up to Comox.
Port Angeles to Victoria
The Port Angeles to downtown Victoria ferry, is available on a daily basis offering car and walk-on passenger service. The crossing is approximately 90 minutes. Upon arrival in Victoria, it is a 3 1/2 hour drive north to Comox on Highway 19. LOCAL TAXI & SHUTTLE SERVICES
Our Main Office is only a 15-minute ride from the Comox Airport. Twenty-four hour taxi services can get you where you need to go! Service providers include:

Comox Taxi operates regular cars and larger vans so can accommodate small or larger groups, plus luggage. They have also added an ‘Airport Shuttle Bus’ to their list of services. You can book your taxi in advance of your arrival with their online service.

An alternative transportation to / from the Comox Airport is the Ambassador Shuttle. They can handle up to 7 people with luggage.
